Innovative Organizing, led by Caroline Murray, a visionary and results-focused leader with over 35 years of experience on the frontlines as an organizer, strategist, trainer, and social entrepreneur, brings a holistic and integrated approach to building powerful organizations and strategic campaigns.
Using a collaborative and iterative process, we work with you to diagnose organizational needs, identify core strengths and purpose, and build alignment around mission, vision, values, and theory of change. We collaboratively design a transformational plan to achieve the desired outcomes, create the systems, and provide the change management support, training, and coaching needed for long term success.
Together we will make a plan to meet your needs — short and long term consultancies, trainings, retreats, advising and coaching are all offered.
